Our Engineering team works with customers to understand drawing requirements including customer specific requirements, run feasibility studies and provide competitive quotes in conjunction with internal multi-disciplinary team.
Engineering team takes the lead to ensure that RBD follows Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) for sample submission and production planning. All 4 Phases of product planning are executed for first time right sample submission within prescribed time and intelligent process Design to achieve process stability and reduced variation in production part.
Engineering team is involved in the outputs of APQP process like Process Flow Chart (PFC), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), and Product Part Approval Process (PPAP). This ensures that Design Goals including Cp, Cpk values are achieved by their design and process and timely Part submission warrants (PSW) are signed off.
Engineering team finalizes and designs the Jigs and Fixture required for the development of the part during design phase of the part. The designs of Jigs and Fixtures are then developed by the in-house tool room to ensure sample submission times are minimized and maintained.
