Sanjay Desai oversees the day-to-day operations and management at RBD. As a second-generation entrepreneur, he brings over 30 years of experience in leading and operating foundries and production facilities. Sanjay holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from LD College of Engineering and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering & Operations Research from NCSU-USA.
